Dump-A-Box

Rick was my contact at the company and found him to be very helpful, easy to work with, and resounded quickly. When the dumpster was first delivered, I realized after the driver left that the door was facing away from the driveway. He had someone come first thing the next day and turn it around. I did get sent a late notice even though they had my check, but I assume that's a problem at the office level, so that's why a B for professionalism. Everything else was good.

I have a long concrete driveway that can't accommodate large trucks (i.e. trash trucks, dump trucks, etc.) and I was struggling to find someone that could deliver a dumpster using a smaller vehicle. Dump-A-Box was awesome! Not only did the show up when they said they would, the masterfully backed up my driveway and put the dumpster in a convenient location (for me and not for them) without running through my yard, landscaping, etc. You wouldn't even know that they were there. When they picked up, it was the same thing. The driver was professional and polite and best of all, there were not hidden fees. What they quoted me is what I paid.
