Couldn't be happier with the final product or our experience with Davidson Builders. The kitchen is gorgeous and Scott's attention to detail, quality and skill shows in every element. Work was done on schedule and budget with no surprises and great consideration was given to minimizing chaos in the rest of the house throughout the project. Guy handled business and design coordination professionally and with zero drama. We will use Davidson Builders again and highly recommend.

Scott and Guy are very professional. Scott pays attention to detail and strives to perform good quality work. As the project progressed we added items to the scope and Scott was able to accommodate those revisions. As with most contractors, timely availability of subcontractors can often be a problem and they were not immune to this constraint. Overall, we're very happy with the final product and will gladly consider using them again. We're also happy to recommend them to others.

This was my first remodel. It was a great experience overall. I felt very comfortable with Scott and Guy. They were very responsive to my questions and took the time to explain things to me. They understood what I wanted and didn't try to and quot;selland quot; me things to increase the price. They considered my pets as the work was being completed and did not leave a mess. Compared to work they had done on other homes that were on a grander scale than my little country house, they never made me feel less than. I would feel comfortable calling them today if I was having any issues with the work preformed.

Davidson Builders began the process for us by helping us design a 3 season room addition to our home. They were incredibly helpful and instrumental in this step. We signed a contract with them to undertake this project. Scott Davidson, the owner, was on site for every step of this building process. He explained each and every part of the building process before, during and after it occurred. Scott forged a relationship with us and genuinely cared about our complete satisfaction. The finished product actually exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend Davidson Builders.

I was just looking up his number because we are going to have him do some work on our current house. He was very timely and professional. He did a beautiful work and because of that, many of my friends told me that my house looks totally different. He was awesome and just really great. Anytime, I have had questions about things here and there, he has always gotten back to me. We really respect his opinion because he never tried to oversell something that we don't need. We would use him again in the future too.

They did a good job. They were very thorough and anytime there was a problem the owner of the company was right there to fix it. They were very responsive. They were punctual. I don't remember them not showing up. I would use them again in the future.

We couldn't have been more pleased. We took our time finding "the right contractor" -- looked for a couple of years, talked to others, but kept remembering our conversations with Davidson from past Home Shows. We made the right choice. They were easy to work with from the start. They understood both the job and our budget. They steered us to suppliers where we found high-quality flooring, cabinetry, etc. at prices we could afford. They communicated well, listened to our wishes, and answered all our questions. Their work crews were polite, prompt, and super-clean.

Everyone we encountered during the process, from the company employees to contractors was very professional and did excellent work. When small problems came up, they were dealt with quickly and to our satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone and plan to use them in the future for other remodeling projects. The owners were well versed in the local code and stressed that they would meet code every step of the way, which they did. The owners were willing to work with my schedule and needs to complete the work.

They were very good to work with. They were reasonably priced, and they actually did some additional investigation to identity the source of our problems. They were able to refer us to another company to repair the flashing so we could prevent future problems. We were very happy with their work.

Job 1- I could not be more pleased with the new bath. I only wish all of my baths were as nice. Scott was great to work with and did not nickel and dime for changes or additions. He also allowed us to do our own painting. Job 2- Scott was on top of things from start to finish and a true professional throughout the whole process. As changes needed to be made from the original plans because of either costs or stuctural issues, Scott was always willing to listen to our ideas or make alternative suggestions. He kept the area as clean as possible each day and when I could not be there to oversee things he made sure someone else was available. He also was very prompt when there was a small leak from the tub. He even went the extra mile to repair some nail pops in the ceiling below (I did not ask him to do this) and then repainted the whole ceiling to make sure it would not show.
