 + -1 moreOur sale was a very complicated one as many obstacles continually arose throughout the entire process. I am not sure how things would have gone if Kevin did not represent us. He went above and beyond in EVERY aspect. He has a construction background which was also a huge asset as he could point out what an inspector would during a showing. After walking through several houses my wife and I began to understand that if Kevin didn't have much to say, the house had to be in pretty good condition. We put bids on the two that he didn't say much about :-) We were outbid on the first but we were able to lock up the second one. We love our new home and love the price we were able to retrieve on our sale. You will be hard pressed to find someone more knowledgeable and attentive to the process than Kevin. I recommend him to everyone I know is looking to buy or sell.
Description of Work: Kevin served as our realtor for both the sale of our old home and purchase of our new home.
