"$100 was waived on the initial cleaning. Clearly indicated in the signed agreement this $100 would be charged if the agreement is terminated before 1 year. Coming back to correct issues: This shows our commitment to superior customer service and how we backup our service with prompt action. Maid Brigade's service is guaranteed. If a customer is not satisfied we dispatch a prompt re-clean free.
