"Our delivery service is twice a week pick-up and drop off to customers homes and businesses. The owner/driver will get messages while on deliveries but confusion ensues when a first time potential customer only wants one pick-up scheduled. Should we happen to be in the exact or even nearby location - he may contact the new customer to find out if this going to be a regular service. We do not get paid the full amount immediately when someone purchases a $20 coupon. Only a portion is received after a period of time to ensure customer satisfaction. In this case - the money will certainly be refunded. We are a moderately priced dry cleaner in one Columbus location for over 20 years at Bethel and Kenny Road."
"Drapes are made from fabric that has not been pre-washed, therefore we warn every customer who brings in drapes that shrinkage is a possibility. Spots on fabric are not easily removed - we take special pride in getting out all of the stains. In fact, we will not return an item to our customer that still has stains if it is in our capability to get out the stains through multiple applications of our stain solutions. This may take extra days - but the fabric is stain-free. Spotting is a process that cannot be rushed by a rush order. The owner/operator at Dry Cleaning Station is also the spotter and delivery/pick-up professional. Quality service at reasonable prices - free pick-up and delivery. We just moved here from out of state and I was dreading having to find a new dry cleaner/alterations place because we were so happy with our place where we came from.
In the past few months of being here, we tried out multiple other dry cleaning places closer to where we live in Bexley and were not happy with the quality, price, or service. Then I joined Angie's List and found this place based on its positive reviews, which I now know why it has earned.
I drove up to the place to drop off all my stuff and the staff was friendly and accommodating--even though I got there within 10 minutes of closing due to snowy roads. They patiently listened to my requests and added me into their system.
They also said they would deliver the cleaned and repaired items to me all the way in Bexley a few days later, which they did at no extra charge so I don't have to drive up there. The manager/owner himself dropped off our first order, and introduced himself. Talk about personal service! He gave us a bag with our name tag on it to use for future pick-ups/drop-offs and we used the wreath hanger for them to leave the orders when they are finished.
We are happy to have found our new place, and are thrilled with the old-fashioned customer service that you never find anymore, professional, friendly, and courteous staff, and the quality of their work.
When I picked up the comforter I was disappointed to see that there were yellow streaks on the white comforter. I pointed out the areas that I wasn't happy with and the woman behind the counter said that she would have the comforter redone. I came back a few days later and was happy to see that the stains were gone. It turns out that the comforter had to be redone several times in order to get the grease stains out. Although I initially wasn't thrilled with having to go back again, I appreciated Dry Cleaning Station's willingness to keep at the job until it was done right, especially in light of what turned out to be a very tough stain.
