It always goes well. I've used them for years because they do a good job, they are punctual, and their prices are low. I've never had a problem. Also, I use the alternations department. Last year we needed a prom dress altered in 24-hours, and they accomplished that. Fitting was excellent.

Awful. After some years of decent service, the company accepted a large order of women's designer clothes and still has not returned them. No clothes returned yet, no apology, blaming the customer, multiple conflicting stories about what happened to my clothes. Avoid this business.

When I first went to pick up my sweaters I saw that many were never cleaned. I asked them for a redo. The girl at the front counter took them all back and marked them. 1 month later I went to pick them up again and Mr. Charles was there and he refused to do them. They had just sat in the office for 1 month and no one had called me. He said he was not going to do them, then with no explanation he said he would have them done by Thursday (2) days, then I came back in 1 week and he again said he was not going to do them and that I was to take them and not come back.  He had been the one who told me he would do them and that I was to bring in all my sweaters that had been smoked damaged in the car, and that he would do them in 2 bunches.  He went back on his own word, then treated me very disrespectfully in front of his high school son working there, and was never like this before. I had been going there for 20 years.  I was very shocked, very hurt, and now don't know where to go to get cleaning done that is affordable and with quality. He was simply irrational and a poor role model for his son. I believe this should be reported to the BBB at the very least. You just don't go back on your word and do business.

They did a fabulous job getting out a stain on my wedding dress. Plus, cleaning winter coats.  The service was friendly and super helpful.

I contacted the merchant again, and they have promised to pick up my dry cleaning -- TWICE -- and have been a 'no show' TWICE. I'm done with these folks. Last Saturday, 1-10, their pick-up delivery guy didn't show all day, after I was assured he would call first and definitely be here. When I phoned back to them Monday morning, the Dry Cleaning Station's story was the weather was too bad and he couldn't get here. It wasn't bad...in fact, my brother and his wife drove over from Dayton (over an hour and a half west of us, and they had no problems coming late morning or going home late in the afternoon). So, the girl at the merchant said that she would be happy to pick up our order late yesterday afternoon (Mon.) and that would 'work out perfectly' for her with her schedule. Monday came and went...nobody called and nobody came by to pick up our order. They have had their chances. We contacted them based on the ratings with your website and they've failed miserably. So, we want you to contact these folks and make sure I get my $20.00 back. I've wasted too much time trying to get the order picked up, we're headed out of town for a month starting this Sat., 1-17, and I'll go elsewhere for our dry cleaning once we're back around 2-19 or so. There are absolutely no excuses for the way they're treating us. Once they have their money, they apparently feel no obligation to follow through and do the service they were paid to do. It's a simple $5.00 savings, but the aggravation so far in trying to get them to come by and pick-up far outweighs that small savings. Please advise on when my money will be refunded, and by whom. We're done with this merchant, for obvious reasons. Thanks in advance for your help in making this situation palatable.

He's been using them for years. He's pretty satisfied with them. I'm not happy with them. Everything I've taken, they've messed up. They've really done some stupid things.

I dropped the panels off on 7/16 w/ a pick up date of 7/23.  I arrived at the store on 7/23 and was told that my drapes were not ready.When I inquired as to why no one called me to tell me this, I really was not given an answer.  First of all, I was not happy that they had them for a week and they were not ready.  Secondly, it was a 45 min round trip and I don't know anyone who wants to waste their time.  As I arrived home, Charles was leaving a message on my answering machine.  He apologized and said it was his fault and he thought they were supposed to be done by 8/24-despite the fact that every single panel had a "Wed 7/23" date on them.He said he would have them ready in the morning.  He offered to deliver them and said he wouid make sure the bill was adjusted.  As a business owner, I know that despite our best efforts sometimes things don't happen the way you want  them to.  So on my way to pick them up on the 24th I was willing to cut Charles some slack.. I did not want them to deliver them because I have no doubt that they would be wrinkled.  When I arrived the panels were done and she told me it was $86-not adjusted..  I paid the bill without saying anything.  I did not want to make this about the money.  I asked them to let Charles know that twice they did not deliver as promised.  I was never contacted after this.  The Bethel Rd address is all of a sudden off Angie's list....hmmmm.  As I was picking up my drapes, there was another couple that was there and staff was on the phone with "a supervisor".  I asked them if they were having issues also and they replied that they had been trying to resolve them for 4 months.  I don't think it was a fluke that both of us had problems.  By the way , my panels shrunk more than an inch.  They hung on the ground nicely before the dry cleaning and now they were barely a suitable length.  Lastly, there were several panels with a dried white substance on them.

I got a great deal on some dry cleaning and was very pleased with the end result. Clothes were cleaned at half the price! I'd definitely go back, even without a coupon.

I frequent this dry cleaner at least once a month and they are a wonderful neighborhood dry cleaner.  They do excellent work and are very professional and customer oriented.

We just moved here from out of state and I was dreading having to find a new dry cleaner/alterations place because we were so happy with our place where we came from.
In the past few months of being here, we tried out multiple other dry cleaning places closer to where we live in Bexley and were not happy with the quality, price, or service. Then I joined Angie's List and found this place based on its positive reviews, which I now know why it has earned.
I drove up to the place to drop off all my stuff and the staff was friendly and accommodating--even though I got there within 10 minutes of closing due to snowy roads. They patiently listened to my requests and added me into their system.
They also said they would deliver the cleaned and repaired items to me all the way in Bexley a few days later, which they did at no extra charge so I don't have to drive up there. The manager/owner himself dropped off our first order, and introduced himself. Talk about personal service! He gave us a bag with our name tag on it to use for future pick-ups/drop-offs and we used the wreath hanger for them to leave the orders when they are finished.
We are happy to have found our new place, and are thrilled with the old-fashioned customer service that you never find anymore, professional, friendly, and courteous staff, and the quality of their work.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was terrific; they did a great job. The guy there was really good and pointed out to me that I should have the work done the following week when they were having a big sale on comforter cleaning. It worked out really well and they were very nice.

Everything came back clean, spot removed, and not smelling like some cheap scent. I drive across town to use them.

I have used Dry Cleaning Station for years.  Usually I just bring in the usual dry clean only clothing items to be dry cleaned and have always been satisfied with the results.  I have also brought in an over-sized queen comforter to be washed and have been pleased with the outcome.  This time, like usual when I bring an item it, I pointed out some stains.  A guest had eaten a bag of microwave popcorn on the bed and grease had seeped through and stained the comforter. 
When I picked up the comforter I was disappointed to see that there were yellow streaks on the white comforter.  I pointed out the areas that I wasn't happy with and the woman behind the counter said that she would have the comforter redone.  I came back a few days later and was happy to see that the stains were gone.  It turns out that the comforter had to be redone several times in order to get the grease stains out.  Although I initially wasn't thrilled with having to go back again, I appreciated Dry Cleaning Station's willingness to keep at the job until it was done right, especially in light of what turned out to be a very tough stain.

Friendly and  professional. They found spots on a shirt sleeve and took extra time to work on them. We'll use them again.

Everything came out great. Suits had a stain on jacket, everything came back perfect.

Went fine;   I dropped the comforter off, picked it up when it was ready.
