Our pool was less a pool and more a habitat for frogs, clearly visible in all their stages of development.  The water was the color of dark coffee and the bottom of the pool was covered in a thick layer of plant detritus.  It was horrific.  Not believing the pool was salvagable, we nevertheless employed Diamond Effect Pools and Spas as a last ditch effort before we elected to fill in the pool.  They came out promptly, gave a very reasonable estimate and got to work immediately.  The crew was extremely professional.  They answered all our questions and took extra time to ensure we knew what they were doing.  Our prior experiences with pool service companies had been thoroughly underwhelming.  That was not the case here.  We are extremely satisfied with Diamond Effect Pools and Spas.  Most importantly, our pool is now sparkling clean.  You would never guess the state in which it started.  Moreover, we have since signed on to their weekly pool service and that too is outstanding.  We cannot recommend Diamond Effect Pools and Spas highly enough for maintenance, repair or service.  If only more small businesses were run like this - courteous, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, responsive and priced reasonably.
