The plumber did a solid job and even fixed a vent pipe I cut into by accident without charging extra which was very nice. The quote ended up being the price of the job which was nice to see as well. The job was to relocate the drain pipe and two water lines from the right side of the vanity cutout to the middle to accommodate out new vanity in the spare bathroom and extend their height from the exiting level. I also needed him to add another set of water lines and a drain pipe for a second vanity in the main bathroom and extend both sets of water lines too.

Very professional, had two new toilets installed. When they were done they cleaned up everything .. I wouldn’t have known they had been there. The price was reasonable. Workers polite and knowledgeable.

I was impressed by the follow up conducted by the company owner, Jay. He ensured I was taken care of and promptly responded to my calls. I was also impressed with the installers, very courteous, helpful and educated me at the same time.

I hired them to install a hot water heater, my issue is that the one they brought had a dent in it around the base. There is a gap where the dent is.

hard to get work scheduled,but once we finally got an estimate from them work was completed promptly.

The pro was able to use the part that had caused the problem. He gave us back the part that we bought to replace so we could take it back.

Their communication throughout the entire process was exceptional. Their normal parts vendor couldn't get the disposal part to them for more than a week. BCI proactively searched for the part on Amazon and found it. I got the part the next day and was about half the cost of the same part from their normal parts provider. I was extremely satisfied with the process and would definitely use BCI Mechanical again!

Very professional and courteous! Timely work completed and to my satisfaction! They cleaned up afterwards and I am pleased. A little pricey, but they were available when I needed them.

Very quick and professional and gave me an answer to my AC condensation build up issue that 2 other companies could not. They came the same day that I called to survey the issue. The workman created a temporary fix until we could book them to create a permanent fix.

The gentlemen arrived early (a good thing), explained all that they were doing, and were very professional and courteous.

Provided a one yr warranty on parts and labor.

Called ahead to let me know he was running late but was already an hour late by the time he called. Fixed the problem quickly. Charges a trip charge and an hourly rate but you get the technician for the full hour. Overall I would use this service again.
