Avoid this place like the plague.  Aside from the drug deals going on, the vandalism to vehicles (including mine) in their parking area, the fights outside your door,  and the old musty smell, they will charge you cleaning fees when you move out to clean your stove and refrigerator that were filthy when you moved in.  Also, instead of contacting you with the cleaning bill, they will simply turn your name in to a collection agency.  Since I did not fill out a complaint form on the apartment condition when I moved in they said I was responsible to pay for the cleaning bill.
