When I picked up the bicycle the gears were not shifting correctly, the front tire was very loose, and it was just simply not put back together properly. The bike was not tuned correctly and was not remotely tuned to the precision it was at previous to taking it to the Fremont Cycle center. You think you can trust someone and they they will be competent and it is just trashed. If this company claims they can do something right, they should know how to do it before taking a customers money. They advertised a 10% discount as well and only gave 4%.
