The Design Center sent installer Joe Adrian to do the repairs. Joe had help from James and Troy  to remove and replace the walkout basement door on 9/05/2012. That job alone took 9 hours to complete. Joe had to come back on 3 more days  to complete the refinishing and repairs to the other doors and windows. Repairs were finally finished on 9/21/2012. At times, Joe had assistance but did half the repairs himself while supervising his helpers. Joe was very knowledgeable about what was needed in order to refinish or repair the windows and doors. Several new cranks needed replacement. Several of the windows had to be removed and cleaned in order for the windows to operate properly. All locks were checked. Some locks stuck a bit but adjustments were made. Our windows were in relatively good shape for being 23 years old. Now, all the windows and doors work properly and easily. Our windows are custom made, double pane wood interior windows with an intricate cut. While all the windows are not perfect after 23 years, they look better than ever and operate smoothly.
