Fine except too expensive for 5-6 hrs.

I had a very good epxerience with Emily (the owner). My house is an average-sized 3 bedroom. After calling around and seeing what other company's prices were, this was a great deal. I had one company quote me over $300 for a first time clean, which I think is a little excessive. Since this was a first time clean, I will be gettin a discount on the next clean (per Emily) since I am a return customer. At that time, her services will be $90.00 to do a general clean following the deep clean. I was very happy with the overall service and end result from Cooper's cleaning. They are one of the only companies in the area that perform cleaning servies.

I own a 1 bedroom home and I think this was a very good price compared to competitors. With kids it is nice to have someone clean for you!!! Emily had a clean background check and was very polite, punctual, and professional. Would definitely hire again! I believe I received a new customer discount (I think normal price for general cleaning is around 75 for a 1 bedroom, 85 for 2 BR, and so on. I was made aware that price depends on the condition of the house, size, and pet cleanup. My place is generally in good condition (and no pets), so I was charged the minimum plus the $10 discount. Overall very happy! I am glad to work with small businesses because you can count on great customer care :)
