NOT GOOD -He misrepresented himself as a dealer for this generator. He's NOT a servicing dealer and never mentioned that before. I had to call the manufacture to find a servicing dealer in my area. -Installation took several weeks--probably around a month. -It was one excuse after the other. -We ran into the same problem with the invoice. We had keep reminding him for the invoice and when we finally got it, it was a computer generated. For warranty reasons I needed it. -One of the biggest things I was unhappy with is that Scott put the circuit breaker in the garage and claimed he couldn't put it in the house. Later an electrician confirmed he could have but it would've take more time---which Scott obviously didn't want to take. For security purposes, I didn't want the breaker box in the garage. Anyone that can get in the garage can cut our power.
