LANDMARK KITCHEN & BATH SHOPPE

The cabinets themselves look good, but the installation was a nightmare. The contractor they referred, Steven Gallagher, took parts from the property that belonged to me. When I confronted him to get them back, he got angry and very unprofessional. It was like dealing with a 10-year-old. He eventually agreed to return the items, but then, just to be difficult, he said he would complete the job in a manner we had not agreed to. Our agreement was to install the toe kicks after the flooring was installed. I didn't want him to do this early, so I changed the code on the lockbox, and communicated to him explicitly that he was not to enter the house. He found another door that a contractor had left unlocked, entered against my wishes, and completed the work. I filed a report with the local police regarding this. All this time, the salesperson at Landmark Kitchen & Bathe was looking out more for the contractor he referred(a friend) than for my interests. It did not seem to bother him that this contractor resorted to criminal trespassing. I strongly recommend avoiding the contractor that performed the installation(Steven Gallagher), and since the sales person stood behind the actions of the contractor, I also recommend avoiding Landmark Kitchen & Bathe in the future as well.

I wouldn't recommend them. It was fine in the beginning. The installer didn't do very well. The counter tops didn't turn out very good-the drawers hang over the counter tops. They didn't use the laser on the wall. It looks bad. He said he didn't want to do that because it would cost more money. I wouldn't recommend them. The installer was busy texting when he was here.

We were very pleased.   They were prompt and polite.  The first thing they did was put down a runner.  They were very thorough.  They let us know when they were going. They had a lot of energy and worked fast.  We had no complaints.
