+ -1 moreAnswered call quickly on Saturday 6/27 and said he wouldn't be able to come out to inspect the house until Sunday at 10 am. Gene Kuhn called an hour later stating that he's able to come by that afternoon. He came to the house and got up on the roof and then LEFT! No call that day to review the estimate with me. DID NOT ANSWER PHONE. Have not heard a peep out of this company for FIVE DAYS NOW.
Description of Work: Answered my call for emergency service to repair the mast arm on my house. Did not keep in contact to even start the job!!
