Overall experience was good, there was only two hiccups in the process, I had called on a Friday to obtain more information after receiving a call from the rental car company and was told I'd have a call back the same day with an answer, but never received a call. I had been told on Friday that my car would be ready for pick up on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I didn't hear anything in the morning so I called that afternoon and was told it should be ready for pick up later that afternoon. Again, I didn't hear anything until close to 5 p.m. when I was told that my car was actually not going to be ready for pick up until sometime on Wednesday.

This is the second time I have used them and though the work done is very good both times they received the wrong part (not sure where the communication breakdown was) and caused a extra 2 day delay.

We hit a deer with our van, sadly, in early December. The main damage was to the grill and bumper. Much to our relief, we found out that our insurance does not count against you if you hit a deer, so most of the $ spent on the repair was insurance (small deductible to be paid). We faxed the information to Buckeye Valley Collision, after a brief phone call, and we were able to take the van in the following week. The people there were very friendly (including a very large Great Dane, also very friendly), and quickly took our information and we dropped off the van. Knowing it had tools in it, they even stored our van inside. The work was done in several days and looked great. We will absolutely use them again, but hopefully we won't be hitting another deer in the near future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable in vehicle repair and insuring our complete satisfaction. Sherman was also called the renal car company when they were late picking us up and dealt with the insurance company when the claim settlement amount had to be altered. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service and will use them in the future if needed. (hopefully I will not have my car hit again and need the service though!)

We were very pleased with the work and the experience. Buckeye Valley did an excellent job repairing our vehicle to before accident condition. The paint job looks excellent and matches the original color very well. We were very impressed with the attention to detail used on our car. They came highly recommended by our auto repair shop and we were happy we got the recommendation. They finished the job in a short amount of time (about 3 weeks).
