Horrible contractors that do shoddy work with a warranty that is a joke, Installed 180' of six foot privacy fence with no concrete except for the gates. Fence is less than a year old and is leaning and swaying all over the place.

"Allure Residential and Commercial, Inc. went over and above the scope of work for this customer. We did thousands of dollars of extra work for him and as of 6/22/2020, he still owes our company $5,000.00. He received this money from the insurance company and decided to keep it although he had signed a contract with our company that said we would do the work for the price of the insurance checks plus any supplements and we completed the work. Our contract states that the warranty does not begin UNTIL the contract is PAID IN FULL. Mr. [Member Name Removed] still owes $5000.00. We did however, go out to straighten 8 posts that were out of plum 2 inches on the entire fence. (We had trouble getting our Amish crew out there as it was a cutom fence due to Covid restrictions). Once our crew fixed the posts and fence and it was in plum the week of 6/18/2020, Mrs. [Member Name Removed] went outside and pushed and pulled on the fence until it was once again out of plum again....the very same day! Our crews put in several fences at the same time last year as this one was installed and NOBODY has had ANY problems. We have had 80+ mile hr. winds, but even then only the Bakers have complained. They were very satisfied on October 19, 2019 when we completed the job as they signed a form confirming all the work was complete and they were satisfied with the work completed. They DID tell us that they were going to KEEP the last $5000.00 of the insurance money and we could take the rest or leave it. We do not know how to make this customer happy as they like to un-do the work we do in order to have something to complain about. Again, their warranty is not in effect until their project is paid in full which it is not. We totally remodeled almost their ENTIRE house including siding, roofing, painting, bathrooms, windows, and flooring."

We have had leaks since that time. I had them come out and the owner said it was not their problem. The owner treated me like a stupid women.

They did a good job. They did high-quality work with high-quality materials. They were always right on time and very professional. They also helped me work through everything with the insurance as well.

It went pretty well! Of course, it's difficult to inspect the work, but we were happy to see a detailed list of what he had done (as well as some recommendations for work around our chimney). We'll call him back as soon as all the leaves fall!

Allure responded to a leak we had in our roof. We were unsure what was causing it so they went up on the roof and replaced the piping that comes out of the roof. We still had problems so they came back and re-sealed it. We STILL had problems so they came out a third time. On that time, they sealed around our satellite dish and our problems finally stopped. I was upset that they would not go into our attic in the first place to see where the water was even though I kept asking. However, I do have to say they never charged us for either follow up visit. They kept coming out until it was fixed which I appreciated. I just wish they had done more investigating the first time out. They were also hard to get ahold of at times.

They were able to do the job earlier then the date scheduled. Mike Watters came out with two crew members and they did an excellent job. I also asked him for some quotes for some additional services which he provided and will email me those.
