EVEN THOUGH A PRICE WAS AGREED UPON BEFORE SERVICE WAS DONE, I WAS CHARGED DOUBLE THE PRICE, I WAS CALLED A LIAR BY THE GENERAL MANAGER AND HE TOLD ME MY FIANCE " WAS RUNNING HER MOUTH". IN 10 YEARS OF SALES I NEVER HEARD A SALESMAN TALK TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER IN THAT FASHION. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT BUSINESS EVER AGAIN, AND WOULD RECOMMEND PEOPLE AVOID GOING IN THERE TOO.

"Member has not paid our dealership anything for diagnosis or repair of this problem. we had given him and estimate of $150 for this repair. we had offered to split the repair for 1/2 the est of $150. we have diagnosed the problem and have the part in stock . he has been advised the part is in, just hasn't scheduled the car in yet, installation"
