I purchased this floor from them. The bedroom and hall was laid which seemed to be installed correctly with uniform color. Then in the family family room I saw the floor to be of different coloring and alot of knots in the floor. This floor starting showing white patches in it about a week later. They were informed of this and the rep. was called in. I asked about the variations and they said this was normal . I come to find out that there was three grades of flooring in the boxes. I bought the floor assuming that the floor would be of the same grade as the floor sample it was not. The floor had to be replaced with the quality I was shown in the sample. Beware of this when you purchase a floor that the same grade is in the boxes.
