DON HUBBARD JR ROOFING INC

This company did our roofing job after storm damage.  We were having leaks before the job... and our roof has leaked even worse after.
 When they first hired on in November of 2010, they said we would have about a month-long wait.  When four months passed without a word, I finally called them.  My suspicion is that they forgot us because miraculously we were "the next job" for April.  When April came, still no word, so I called again and they agreed to finally come out and start the next week.  
We were told several times in advance by Jeff (who's word isn't good on any front... BEWARE) that his teams are not allowed to smoke on site.  After the first 15 minutes of work, the whole team was taking their first smoke break in my garden.  Mind you, we never expressed concerns about smokers... Jeff made a big deal about this no-smoking policy repeatedly. No idea what that was about.
They replaced skylights in our sunroom, tore the drywall up all around them and left huge, unsightly jagged edges that not only look bad, but that rain dust down on us every time we adjust the shades on them.  If anyone wants a picture of that work, just ask!  Twice they've come out after the fact, assured us that they would make that mess right... but have never come back to do the work despite repeated followup calls from us.
Then, the first time we got a good rain, we discovered that our roof leaked worse than ever before.  They've come out a few times over the past year, claimed it has nothing to do with the roof, but that the chimney leaks and did nothing.  We have had the chimney sealed and checked and are assured that our chimney is not the source of the water damage.  
At that point, Hubbard Roofing just disappeared.  No returned calls, no attempt to make this right.  A year later, we have major water and mold damage. Hiring this roofer was the single worst homeowner decision we have ever made.
UPDATE:  As I write this, we have contractors on our roof re-nailing ALL of the shingles.  It seems that the Hubbard roofers had their nailgun on the wrong setting and shot the nails THROUGH the shingles in many places.  This is why we are shedding shingles from our NEW roof during every stiff breeze.  They've also found several problems with the flashing that Hubbard did which is leading to our leaks and water problem.  Again... avoid Hubbard Roofing like the plague.  Thanks to them we now have several more thousand dollars of damage to repair.
