 + -1 moreThe roof over the front porch is terrible. The whole thing now needs to be torn off and totally rebuilt from scratch. When it rains, it rains inside our front porch. My step father passed away on May 18th, 2011. Mike has refused to come and finish the work he started. We even called Toledo 11 Action News. But since MIKE WOLFERD told them he was willing to do the work he was paid for, which he never had any intention, they dropped it. Every time that i was able to get a hold of MIKE, he had some poor excuse and was always sorry but he was gonna do the work and to give him a couple of days. Never showed up and no more work was ever done.
Description of Work: My mother had passed away on feb 10 and my step father had a massive heart attck on feb 11th. my parents were about to loose their house insurance if they did not rplace the roof of their home. after many contractors MIKE WOLFERD came to us. he gave a reasonable time and price. after getting the initial check it was hard to get a hold of MIKE. One day he showed up with a couple buckets of nails some shingles and wood. said he would be right back. a few weeks later and and after some nasty voicemails that i had left, he shows up and begins to remove shingles on the front porch. after about 30 mins. he realizes he needs more wood. says he'll be right back. have not seen or heard from him since. wont return calls, nothing.
