This was some of the most amazing customer service I've ever experienced. I highly recommend this business for their promptness, their ability to get the job done and their courteousness

Oven did work after the part was returned but kept getting error code on front panel. So we called again and was told he would check on it. Had to call again and he came out again and after about 20 minutes of trying something my oven no longer worked and told me it would be over 600 dollars to fix. Offered to give back 200 dollars if we gave him the part that was fixed and I refused as I feel that part belongs to us. Did return cost of first visit but that is all. Don't feel that he can own up to his mistakes and should have told us he couldn't fix it.
