The Bike Shop

.This particular repair went great.  We had a front high pressure tire that had the belts break, making it unsafe to ride.  We took the bike in.  They happened to be out of the same exact tire, since it is an odd size and style.  Roger ordered a tire for us, and replaced the bad tire with one that would work on a temporary basis so that we could continue to ride.  He did all this without charging us.  Then when the tire that he ordered came in, he put it on, and took the fill in tire back off.  While it was at the shop, he also adjusted the derailleurs so that the gears shifted correctly.  He also checked the chain tension and adjusted it as best he could. He told us that the chains would last thru the riding season and suggested that we replace them at the end of the season, knowing that we were moving and he wouldn't make a cent on the new chain.
There are other bigger bike shops in Findlay, but there are absolutely no better ones in town.  I only wish that I could drag Roger and his crew to our new home.
