 + -1 moreI walked in and went to the area where shingles are on display. A sales representative walked up promptly and asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was looking for and quickly showed me the options along with price and available rebates. Very knowledgeable associate.

 + -1 moreThey were not willing to key the locks the same without an additional fee. We went to another Menard's location and they were willing to key the locks without any additional charge.
Description of Work: We needed to purchase PEX tubing for our floor heating system. The location we were at did not have it in stock. They told us another Menard's did have it, so we paid for it and went to the other store. They did not in fact have it in stock. We also needed to order a dozen locks to be keyed the same. I placed a special order for a coil of PEX at another time. They gave me an approximate delivery date. I called after the date for the status. They said the order was in. I drove to the store (25 miles) and was informed that it was not there.
