From beginning to end the experience was positive.  Rick was helpful in helping us find exactly what we needed within our budget.  He did not try to oversell us on things we didn't want or need.  His suggestions were always helpful.  He was professional and friendly through the entire job.  The crew were fantastic as well!  Rick was there the first day to show them exactly what was wanted and they did a great job.  They were quick, professional, competent and clean!  Rick followed up within days of completing the job to make sure we were happy.  The entire process was pleasant and stress free!

Everything was done in the time frame that we expected. The installers showed up each day at the time they said they would. Ken`s Flooring from North Baltimore was the contractor that Laugers sent out and he did an excellent job.
