They actually called to see if they could come a bit earlier than the appointment which was great for us. They got busy and cleaned all the carpets. When they were finished they showed us the spots they were not able to remove (paint) and even provided us some footies to cover our shoes with in case we needed to walk on the newly cleaned carpeting! Very nice and processional.

Everything went great. They were able to schedule me in at a time that I would be gone for an extended amount of time. They gave me the discounted rate (even without the coupon) and I had left a note to see if they had time to also clean my chair and couch if they had time. They did it at a very minimal cost. I will use them every year from now on

Steven (owner) and his assistant came and were very professional and competent.  They left within the time frame they gave to complete my 2 rooms and stairs and it looked WONDERFUL!

They were timely, went right to work and stayed with it until completed. The carpets had some grease stains and they successfully removed the stains. The two gentlemen were polite, friendly and professional.







They were in and out. I will call them back again! (hopefully no grease stains). I have referred them to friends and my daughter.

I called the service to inquire about costs, availability, etc. and talked directly to the owner, Steve.  He was very pleasant on the phone and seemed genuinely appreciative that I called.  He took time to ask me about my needs, explained his process, fees, etc.  I decided to  set up an appointment and was pleased that he had time the very next day.  Having told me he would arrive between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. he was very prompt at about 1:10 p.m.  He introduced himself and his assistant and spent some time discussing with me the procedure he was going to use and making sure he answered all my questions.  He was very thorough and easy to talk to.  He asked me to show him the rooms to be cleaned and as we walked into each room, his assistant took measurements.  He made sure he was clear about what furniture to move and talked to me about the nature of the carpet stains, insuring me that he would do his very best to get them out.  Steve then sat down to figure the total price for the job while his assistant began to bring in the equipment.  I was pleasantly surprised at the price of $181 for 5 rooms and stairs with a hall included.  He pointed out that he was running a 20% off coupon and gave me the discount even though I didn't have the coupon.  He assured me that if a special was available, he would always make sure I received it, even if I didn't ask.  They did a great job of cleaning the rooms and were so thorough.  They were able to get stains out of the carpet that other companies couldn't.  He went out of his way to  make sure I knew to be careful coming off the carpet onto the hardwood floors.  He also made sure to ask about the cats, if they should get outside or not (I shut them in the basement for the cleaning).  Steve stopped a couple of times during the cleaning to make sure I knew what was going on and to see if I had any questions.  I can't say enough about their work.  My carpets almost look like new.  They were very professional and definitely experts in carpet cleaning.  Steve took his job seriously and I appreciate the time he took to keep me informed.  He wanted to make sure I was pleased with the work.  I will definitely be calling Jolliff Cleaning again.  I can honestly say they are the best carpet cleaners I have used here in Findlay.

We had an appointment for 1p.m.  He called us and ask if he could come at 10:30a.m. if that met our schedule, and of course it did.  He was there promptly.  Very friendly and did an outstanding job.  Was in no hurry to leave and explained to us about some of the stains that was on the carpet.  He was very thorough about explaining what he did and how he took care of the stains.
