Diamond Window Cleaning

Since we are so close to the holidays and looking to give Christmas gifts, what a perfect gift!! I had my car windows done as well, I didn't know they did until I asked, what a difference! First, the technician that came to do the work was professional and did quality work.  My issues were with how the job was handled by the office.  Our scheduled work was pushed back multiple times due to weather and schedule conflicts with the contractor.  Multiple workers were supposed to come perform the job.  A single technician showed up.  After he had been working for an hour or so, I received a phone call from the office saying the job was more difficult than was anticipated.  My choices were to either pitch in and become the additional worker, or they would have to add charges, or they would have to stop the job.  I chose the first option so the work would be completed but did not appreciate being put in that position given we had already negotiated the scope of work and cost.
