+ -1 moreKIM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND RESPONSIVE TO MY REQUESTS. SHE PERFORMED EXTENSIVE RESEARCH ON MY BEHALF TO FIND THE EXACT PRODUCT I WAS SEEKING WITH THE MOST ADVANTAGEOUS TERMS FOR ME. MANAGING THE LENDER TURNED OUT TO BE A LESS THAN OPTIMAL EXPERIENCE, HOWEVER. OUR CLOSING WAS DELAYED TWICE DUE TO THE LENDER NOT COMPLETING THEIR WORK IN A TIMELY FASHION. UPON FURTHER RESEARCH, I DETERMINED THE LENDER WAS PRIMARILY AT FAULT, BUT I DID SEE IT AS KIM'S JOB TO MANAGE THE LENDER EFFECTIVELY. SHE APOLOGIZED PROFUSELY AND DID ATTEMPT TO HELP ME FIND A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LENDER IN A VERY SHORT TIME FRAME WHEN I BECAME FRUSTRATED WITH THE EXISTING LENDER.
Description of Work: BROKERED A LOAN FOR AN INVESTMENT PROPERTY WITH CREATIVE FINANCING.
