All Star Plumbing Heating & Air...

I had a problem with the water heater in my rental house.  I called All Star to fix this issue since they were the ones that installed the unit.  They came they fixed the unit and everything was fine or so I thought until I received the bill.  After talking with my renter and getting his account of the visit I looked at the charges on the bill and they didn't add up.  So I called the All Star office and I talk to Liz at which point I was basically told that I was lying and that she was right.  She then went on that she was going to check with her tech and would call me back.  I took that time to again call my renter and he explained that the issue that the Tech from All Star fixed he had to be redone because it wasn't done correctly and something was leaking.  I soon received a call back from Liz at All Star and again I was told I was not telling the truth.  I will never again do business with this company again, I would rather buy a brand new water heater verse calling them one more time.  No customer service, and very rude to customers over the phone!

While doing dishes we noticed the toilet in the main floor bath started gurgling and the kitchen sink stopped draining. My husband called All-Star plumbing and heating around 7:30pm and we were told we would receive a call first thing in the morning. Around 7am my husband received a phone call and a very nice gentleman was at our home by noon completed the job by 2pm and that also included a run to the hardware store to replace the toilet seal. He was very professional and cleaned up when he was done. I am not sure of his name for sure but the invoice says the tech was jc 2.
