He did a great job installing my new garage door. He even put new seals around the door. It looks fantastic!!! I would not hesitate to recommend him or call him if I ever needed anything else. He came while I was working to install, I didn’t have to miss work. Sent the bill to me thru email with a link to pay online. It was extremely easy. When I got home everything was done everything cleaned up remotes were on a counter top with all my paperwork.

Installed a new opener and the guide tracks. He explained the opener and the outdoor key pad. Everything works perfectly. (side note: I happened to find the receipt for the original opener from another company -about 15 or 20 years ago - The new installation by Saranac was LESS than I paid for old opener from another company). I would definitely recommend Saranac.

It went very well. Al came out the same night I called and after accessing the opener, we opted for a new one. Ours was very old. Al surprised us by installing it right away within 2 hours, at a great cost. We were very pleased with the experience.
