They were able to repair it. When I talked to the guy he was able to tell me what was wrong and what I could possibly do to prevent it. They were professional, they were timely. I had to go out of the country and I needed my computer back so they did it quickly. It was not exceedingly quickly but they did what they said they would do since I needed them to do what they said. They kept to their time that they quoted to me.
