She is everything you want in realtor.  She's honest, she's patient, she's thorough, her follow up is ridiculously fast, she's protective of her clients and makes sure your needs are met. She gives advice to help you make the best decision for your situation.

Silvana DiBiase was our realtor, and she was great. Our home is quite larger than most in the area, and she was very patient throughout the time it took to sell our house. She was very sensitive to our needs, including protecting our pets. She really worked to get us the best deal possible. From start to finish, she was dynamite

Mr. Triola made this buying process go on for much longer than it needed to. There was no one living in the house, but both he and his assistant were always multiple days late in terms of responding to questions or needed signatures regarding the house. The house buying process is agonizing enough, and they were very poor in their responsiveness.
In the end, when we did the walk-through the seller had left behind a crusty old couch and a plastic Christmas tree. When our Realtor asked them to remove it, Larry agreed to take care of it. When our realtor went to the house the day of the closing to check on it, Larry was there and refused to remove it saying it was not his problem any longer. Incredibly unprofessional.
