Things went badly from the beginning. To much confusion in the front office. I supplied a line drawing of my vanity and they were still confused. It took a week of multiple trips and talking to the manager to get it straightened out. At that time i specifically ask them not to mount the bowls to the counter top because my contractor said it would be easier for him to do because he had to mount the faucets anyway. When i went to pick up the counter top not only had they mounted the bowls but they where to wrong ones. When i pointed it out the manager said "i went ahead and mounted the bowls, it's better for you". I have to say although it was a lot of trouble the counter top looks great and the price was fair. But i do not think i would use them again.
