BEWARE of TWO GIRLS and a RAG! When people are not honest and steal money beware. Miss J. came to my house for the first time April 14, she was an hour late and said she got lost. I was told there would be another woman with her. She brought her daughter. They did a fine job. I thanked her. She returned March 31 for the every other week cleaning. I had an emergency @ a Dr's office. I told her I would leave a check, my bad, I trusted her. She walked in the door with another woman. She had committed to do at least 2 hours of cleaning. When I got home the house was filthy and the check I left was gone. I called and asked her what had happened and she blamed the poor cleaning on the new person she brought. I checked my Ring doorbell video and she was literally in my house for 46 minutes. She said sorry and that she would come back and make it right. Well, she scheduled for April 20th and then cancelled saying she said had an emergency. I then asked her if she would give me my money back. She said yes would, then she refused to. I called Angi's list to let them know of this situation. She told Angi that she was going to give me my money back, but of course she didn't. I have learned my lesson to not pay a provider until the job is done. She seemed trustworthy..., so beware. This person is the type to do it again. Oh, and in her 46 minutes she was in the house she managed to plug the toilet upstairs while she was supposed to be cleaning!
