They have since returned on 3/21/13 to perform the spring tune up on the A/C. Again, right on time and thorough service. I will renew my service agreement when the time comes.

I have no basement/crawlspace, nor utility room. So, this was a re-do of an old 1985 attic installation, from before we moved here. Eventhough it was April, it still got horribly hot up in the attic, I'm so glad I didn't wait longer to get started. These 2 men came about 9am and stayed nearly 12 hours. They worked really hard and had the best attitudes and willingness to please and work with me on things that were important to me. They were one of the few companies that followed thru to give me an estimate, -they did not lose interest in my business when they found out I didn't want the most expensive unit available.
I can't express enough how hard working, polite and eager to please they were, even working in a hot attic, which had to be difficult!

She then tried the camera scope, but because the problem area was submerged, and the camera cannot see through wastewater, this part didn't help much in my case. I suggested vacuuming out the water with my shop vac, and she kindly agreed, so I duct-taped a narrow hose to my shop-vac and she did manage to vacuum quite a bit of water out. Still, however, it was not enough to get a view of the problem. But based on the area she could see, and what she could feel, and the length of camera used, she was able to show me roughly where the problem was under the floor, so I'll know just where to break concrete to find the problem before repairing or having it repaired.
Also, even though a full cleaning was impossible under the circumstances, this cleaning a week ago has prevented any major backups so far.
Bottom line, a skilled plumber gave two hours of her time and expertise for only $88. Actual repairs are beyond the scope of this deal, but she gave me the diagnostic help I needed. Besides which, she did the best cleaning she could under the circumstances. And she did so patiently, politely and professionally. Their goal in this deal is obviously repeat business, and if I do need help again I will certainly call them first. (And I say this regardless of the fact that they gave me a card good for a free future service call.)
