They were very professional. They did a good job and they were very nice people. They came out just a matter of hours. We called them up and told them what we needed and they did it. Their pricing was okay and in the ballpark. I have no complaints at all about what happened. The man came out and checked it out and I told him to just replace the old one and get a new one and he made a phone call and their truck came out and had a new water heater in it. They did the job in one day. If I had any problems and it’s under their menu, I would give them a call. They were nothing but professional. I am a very satisfied customer.

It was an emergency situation. It was one of those days that it was 2 degrees out. I called their service on a Sunday and within 15 minutes the guy on duty called and within 45 minutes he was here. Within the hour of calling, they were here. The kid was good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. There were no additional charges. They came when they said they would and they were real friendly. They seemed to know what they were talking about. I did use them again in an emergency situation.

Faucets were repaired, but there was confusion about the Deal that I bought and the amount that I had paid for the Deal did not cover the cost of the repair that was performed. I was disappointed that I had to pay in addition to the Deal.

Technician arrived on time was professional and knowledgeable. He said our vintage air conditioner (1980's something) was within specifications and should be fine for the season. However, about a month later the unit quit working. The company agreed to send someone out to look at it at no charge. The technician said the compressor was bad (considering the age of the unit we were not surprised by this) and and gave us a quote to repair the unit. Ultimately we shopped around and decided to have heat pump/ac installed by another company.

Overall it went well. I believe the technician that came out did everything correctly, but the situation got complicated because immediately after he left, my furnace went out. From everyone else that I've asked, it sounds like they're not at fault, though. Realistically, I have no way to evaluate the quality of his work because I'm not a furnace expert. However, he seemed to be honest and knowledgeable.

We purchased a $49 outdoor faucet replacement service offered through Angie's List. The service was easy to schedule with the provider and they arrived promptly. When my husband took them to the faucet, there were additional fees that we didn't anticipate. While the service performed was good, the extra costs were very disappointing. We read the description carefully and felt the offer at $49 applied to our situation.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went very well. I've had them come out on emergency calls and they don't charge emergency fees. They will give me options on if I want to replace the part or just get it through the season.I pay them monthly and it is very reasonable. I haven't compared their prices but I don't know anybody else that will spread it out over a year which is very convenient for me. They do a great job and they always explain what they are doing.

Tech arrived on time and was very friendly. Set up equipment quickly and got to work immediately. Drain rodding went smoothly. Found a couple areas with root intrusions that were cleaned out pretty well.
Video inspection was disappointing, especially because this was main feature of the deal that prompted my purchase. Video screen quality was poor even on a relatively cloudy day. Had to throw a big blue tarp over ourselves and video screen to have any chance of seeing anything. No capability to record video, which was something else I had hoped for. Technician did claim to find a couple subsidence/break points in the old clay sewer line, but very difficult for homeowner to see due to poor quality of video screen.
Tried to find specific locations of breaks using within-pipe transmitter, but sensor (and/or technician) was not as effective as I would have expected and the identified positions were suspect.
Overall, still a fantastic deal to get 100ft cleanout for only $80. Cheaper than my normal service that does not use a camera. But the misses on the video quality and locator equipment would make me hesitate I was in an actual repair situation where I'd be paying regular price and the video/locator was critical.

They have trouble with scheduling, I had to take extra time off work for rescheduled appointments and then they couldn't get the time right. Really push upselling, service contracts which ended up not doing me any good.
