Video inspection was disappointing, especially because this was main feature of the deal that prompted my purchase. Video screen quality was poor even on a relatively cloudy day. Had to throw a big blue tarp over ourselves and video screen to have any chance of seeing anything. No capability to record video, which was something else I had hoped for. Technician did claim to find a couple subsidence/break points in the old clay sewer line, but very difficult for homeowner to see due to poor quality of video screen.
Tried to find specific locations of breaks using within-pipe transmitter, but sensor (and/or technician) was not as effective as I would have expected and the identified positions were suspect.
Overall, still a fantastic deal to get 100ft cleanout for only $80. Cheaper than my normal service that does not use a camera. But the misses on the video quality and locator equipment would make me hesitate I was in an actual repair situation where I'd be paying regular price and the video/locator was critical.

"Service Pros is a company based on trust and customer service. I apologize for the scheduling issues you had with us. I will look into those scheduling errors. Our service agreements are very beneficial to our customers. Customers, who have a service agreement with us, receive one furnace and one air conditioning maintenance tune up a year.
