Atrocious customer service. Promised delivery 12-4pm on a Saturday so I arranged my schedule to be home then. Someone called me at 11am to say they were 10 minutes away. When it passed 12pm and I heard nothing, I called. No answer, so I texted. The response I got was "Sorry...it had to be rescheduled for another day." No explanation and no one from the office or otherwise is answering the phone or reaching out.

the four men moving us arrived a little early.  There were very polite.  They introduced themselves to both of us.  Thy were very careful with the furniture.  There was not a nick on the furniture or the walls in either house.  Our bedroom furniture is very large and heavy, and had to be disassembled and reassembled.  Justin did that expertly.   They had quite a time getting the dresser into the new house because it barely fit through the door, but they found a way to do it.  They all worked very hard and diligently, never taking a break during the 7 hour move.  I can't say enough good things about them.  I would definitiely use them again, but don't plan to move anytime soon.

This was a two-day job. On the first day, the three-man crew arrived right on time. They worked steadily through the day. Everyone was very polite and professional. On the second day, the four-man crew also arrived on time. This crew, all different, was just as professional as the first crew. They worked all day until about 7 p.m. They were very good at placing everything in the correct places in the new house. They did a particularly good job of putting things neatly on the shelves in the basement. When they were through down there, everything was already in its place. The thing I like about this company is that it's obvious the crews have received extensive training in customer relations; each person came up and shook my hand and introduced himself when the job began. Another thing I like is that the company is ISO 9000 compliant, which takes a lot of organization. Usually only Fortune 500 corporations have this designation and not all of them are able to do it.
This company is well organized and is very interested in giving a customer excellent service.

The guys arrived just ahead of schedule and worked solid for the entire time. They did not rush, but worked with time in mind. We had some heavy stuff and some obstacles in the house and they did a great job with it. They also brought tools to help put the furniture back to together again. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.
