MR. RIVERA WAS VERY ACCOMMODATING, OPENING HIS SHOP AT NIGHT SO WE COULD LOOK. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE ACCOMMODATING, PROFESSIONAL & ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS COMPLETELY. WE WERE NEVER HURRIED IN THE SELECTION PROCESS. WE ENDED UP BUYING A TOP-OF-THE-LINE HP FOR $430. MR. RIVERA GETS LAPTOP COMPUTERS (PRIMARILY DELL BUT ALSO SOME HP, TOSHIBA & MAYBE OTHERS) COMING OFF LEASE FROM CORPORATIONS. HE "REHABS" THEM AND SELLS THEM FROM HIS OFFICE AND COMPUTER SHOWS. HE OFFERS A LIFETIME WARRANTY ON LABOR AT NO CHARGE WITH A 10% MARK-UP (IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY) ON PARTS AS LONG AS YOU OWN IT. HE ALSO PROVIDED US WITH ALL OF THE MANUALS AND A SHIPPING BOX WITH ALL THE NEEDED PACKING MATERIALS TO SEND IT SAFELY. RECOMMENDED A SHIPPING COMPANY AS BEING THE MOST REASONABLE & RELIABLE. IT TURNED OUT THAT THEY WERE.
