They did good work. I didn't get any other estimates. It was quality work, good material. They cleaned up. They had the coupons and I used them all. They could explain their pricing a little more thorough.

Every employee was professional and friendly. The work was well done, and they made sure the area around the house was free of all debris before they left. We dealt with a family emergency during the scheduling of the installation. The company and employees were very understanding. Kevin phoned our home with an offer of sympathy, and we received a card to our family signed by many of the employees. They were extremely patient with us as we rescheduled our installation. We would definitely recommend this company and have done so.

Receptionist (on phone) very pleasant. Estimate was prepared on time. Crew was here exactly when they said they would be and completed the job in just about one hour. Superb performance.

They came out and took care of it right away. We did discovered the problem around lunchtime. They were able to get someone out the same day. We are very happy with their work and are top on our list if we need anything other work done. The price was not nearly what I expected it to be.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD. THE PEOPLE WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY NICE. THEY CLEANED UP REALLY GOOD. THEY TOOK ABOUT 5 DAYS TO DO ALL OF THIS WORK. THE PRICE WASN'T THE LOWEST PRICE, BUT FOR THE QUALITY THEY DID IT WAS FAIR.

They were very prompt in coming out to give us a bid. They sent us the bid shortly after they came out. Since their bid was nearly three times higher than the lowest we decided to go with someone else.

This was a major overhaul of the home exterior and overall our experience was very good. There were a few difficulties relative to our slate roof being unsuitable for the Gutter Helmet selected, but all problems were worked out and handled to our satisfaction. The end result is beautiful on an old house. We would recommend them to other and hire them again, but it is necessary to hold a significant amount of the contract price on a job of this magnitude to make sure that all details are completed. They were slow to start and slow to return and complete the items that needed attention, but they also never pressed us for payment.

Ray St. Clair provided quality service and kept us informed about the work through the entire process. They even installed new flashing and repaired areas where there were potential problems.

We found Ray St. Clair roofing to be very trustworthy. They were very prompt when we first called them to check out our problem and again when we contracted with them to make the repairs. Their work crew was extremely professional and completed the job on time and with satisfactory performance.

THEY CAME OUT & WERE REALLY NICE!! THEY FOLLOWED UP THE NEXT DAY WITH THE QUOTE. THEY WERE REALLY GREAT! I ONLY WENT WITH ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE IT WAS MORE CONVENIENT & LESS EXPENSIVE FOR ME.

Overall, I guess they did a good job. I was a little surprised by how expensive this service was, but I have no frame of reference for this expense to say if it was high or not.

WE ULTIMATELY DECIDED TO DO THE WORK OURSELVES, OTHERWISE WE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE GONE WITH RAY ST. CLAIR BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION. THEY ARE PROBABLY ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE CONTRACTORS FOR ROOFING, BUT WE HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM REGARDING THE ESTIMATE. IT WAS EASY TO SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT, THE PERSON WHO DID THE ESTIMATE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND THE ESTIMATE ITSELF WAS EXCELLENT. WE DIDN'T JUST RECEIVE A QUOTE FOR ''A NEW ROOF'', BUT RATHER AN ITEMIZED LIST OF MATERIALS AND AN EXPLANATION FOR EACH. WE WERE TOLD EXACTLY WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE AND HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST IN ORDER TO AVOID ANY SURPRISES.

DERICK WAS ON TIME & WORKED DILIGENTLY UNTIL FINISHED. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

HIGH WINDS DURING A THUNDERSTORM BROUGHT A LARGE TREE DOWN ON OUR HOME. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY LEAKS INSIDE THAT WE KNEW BUT WE COULDN'T SEE THE ROOF TO BE SURE THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS. GEORGE MANNING, OF RAY ST. CLAIR ROOFING CAME, CHECKED THE ROOF, AND FOUND THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. WE THOUGHT IT WELL WORTH THE SERVICE CALL TO BE CERTAIN THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. MR. MANNING CALLED BEFORE HE CAME AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HIS SERVICE.

THE ONLY NEGATIVE IS THAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE AT NOON AND SHOWED UP AT 4 AND I HAD TO CALL TWICE, THOUGH THE WORK APPEARS TO BE GOOD, THOUGH WE HAVE NOT HAD A DOWNPOUR YET.

THEY GOT STARTED A WEEK LATE BUT DID A NICE JOB. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS WRONG, BUT THEY SENT SOMEONE OUT TO FOLLOW-UP & HE FIXED ALL THE PROBLEMS.

THEY WERE VERY INFORMATIVE WHEN WE INITIALLY MET WITH ESTIMATOR. HE ANSWERED ALL OUR QUESTIONS ABOUT DIFFERENT WAYS TO SAVE ON ENERGY COSTS, DIDN'T TRY TO PUSH A SALE IN OTHER AREAS WHICH WE KNOW WE NEED (LIKE OUR SIDING & THE INSULATION UNDER IT), & WERE VERY PROMPT & PROFESSIONAL DURING INSTALLATION. IT LOOKS LIKE QUALITY WORK, BUT I'M NOT AN EXPERT ON ATTIC INSULATION, SO HOPEFULLY IT WILL BE ENOUGH!

THE QUALITY OF THE WORK, ADHERENCE TO SCHEDULE AND WILLINGNESS TO PROVIDE COURTEOUS AND PROMPT RESPONSES TO QUESTIONS OR MINOR PROBLEMS WAS EXCELLENT. WHILE THE OVERALL PRICE WAS SLIGHTLY HIGHER THAN OTHER ESTIMATES, THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS AND WORK JUSTIFIED THE EXTRA COST. THEY WERE ATTENTIVE TO SMALL DETAILS AND CLEANED THE PROPERTY DAILY BEFORE LEAVING AND THOROUGHLY UPON COMPLETION OF THE JOB. THE CREW LEADER AND HIS TEAM WERE HARD WORKING AND MANAGED TO COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN THE TIME FRAME SCHEDULED. WE ALSO LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY DID NOT USE SUB-CONTRACTORS.

THEY GAVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WHOLE NEW ROOF AT $17,000. WE HAD 2 OTHER COMPANIES COME OUT, AND TELL US EXACTLY WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS, AND FIXED IT FOR A LOT LESS.

THE WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL IN ALL ASPECTS OF THEIR WORK. THEY ALSO WERE ALWAYS ON TIME. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE IN TWO. EXCELLENT WORK.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS GOOD. THE INSTALLATION WAS SCHEDULED EARLIER THAN EXPECTED AND DONE WITHIN 1 DAY. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND DID A GOOD JOB. THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SALESMAN WAS LACKING. HE DID NOT EXPLAIN COMPLETELY HOW OUR FINANCING WOULD WORK. WE WERE NEVER INFORMED THAT THE FINANCING WOULD BE BY CREDIT CARD (ALTHOUGH HE DID TRY TO CLAIM THAT HE DID INFORM US). WHEN THE CARD SHOWED UP IN THE MAIL, I IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED THE CARD THINKING SOMEONE OPENED AN ACCOUNT USING MY IDENTITY. WHAT A MESS. WE MADE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO FAX THE PAPERWORK AND THOUGHT IT HAD ALL GONE THROUGH. THE SALESMAN THEN SHOWS UP AT OUR HOUSE OUT OF THE BLUE BECAUSE HE WAS TOO EMBARRASSED TO CALL US AND TELL US THE PAPERWORK DID NOT GO THROUGH. OVERALL, THE WORK WAS DONE WELL BUT COMMUNICATION WAS LACKING.

THE COMPANY REP WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. THE END RESULT IS GOOD. NO ONE SHOWED UP FOR THE FIRST APPT. WHEN I CALLED, SOMEONE WAS OUT THE NEXT DAY.

THEY WERE TIMELY IN THEIR PHONE CALLS, AS WELL AS THEIR VISITS. THE WORK THEY DID WAS GREAT & EFFICIENT. THEY ANSWERED QUESTIONS PATIENTLY AT THE ESTIMATE APPOINTMENT.
