I am happy with the work, but it just took a long time.

Sean Goddard, the individual that sold me the job was extremely knowledgeable and a delight to work with. He was helpful in every way possible.The work proceeded well with only minor delays. Some delays with follow up but nothing serious. The quality of the job was top notch.

Way over any other estimate for the same amount of work.

I had some issues with pricing, they did the work and tacked on $2500 to the final price without telling me. The work was great, but the communication was lacking and I would have gone elsewhere. The owner worked with me until I was satisfied.

We haven't had a big rain yet to test out the repaired gutters. They were very professional and seemed to know what they were doing.

They were prompt and cleaned up work site. Came back to add additional trim around chimney when we requested. Quality assurance rep for company reviewed work after completed. Happy with service and quality of work.

The work was performed as indicated in the estimate. The work crew was very professional. They explained what they were going to do on the job and did an excellent overall job and clean up of all debris. A quality control person came out a few days after completion of the job. He checked all elements of the job and then completed a quality control check list which he signed and provided me with a copy.

They performed the work as agreed. They did so in a professional manner. They cleaned up when completed and did the work in the allowed time.

Roofing project seemed satisfactory at time of install. Now there are areas of shingles bubbling up on my roof! he quality control gentleman presented to my home several weeks ago, informing me that a crew would take care of the issues soon. After several weeks of waiting for the crew to repair our problem, I contacted the quality control specialist again. He responded by telling me that he thought someone had already repaired the roof. At that time, I asked him to contact me with an appointment for September, to fix the roof. I still have no appointment scheduled. The gutter covers allow water to flow over them and onto the ground. There is also black stains on my new downspouts. Specialists in this department informed me I have too many leaves! What are the gutter covers for??? We also have areas where water leaks between the housing material and gutters. Gutters were cut to size with a "hacksaw". There are marks on the gutter material which reveal this.

It went very smoothly. They came out for an estimate and the work was done in one day. They had to only cancel once due to weather. They had another person come out and check over the work. It was very professional and thorough. There was only a tiny missed pile of old shingles they had removed that they left on the lawn but it was an oversight.

Courteous help on the phone led to a quick estimate of the job. The estimate was clear in its description of the work and detailed out the costs.

I was not home during the estimate or the install. In fact, I did not ever see a Ray St. Clair employee in person. For a small job like this, that is very convenient for me, as I do not have time to meet with multiple people. The estimate included photographs of hard to see spots on the roof, which was nice. The work ended up costing more than the estimate because more material was used, but it still ended up being slightly cheaper than competing bids when it was all said and done. The work was done to satisfaction and appears to be in good shape. It has not rained yet since the work was completed so I can't say if the gutter is working well or not but I imagine it is. All in all I am very pleased with the work that was done. I will call this company to bid on future jobs.

THE FIRST INSTALLERS DIDN'T DO THE JOB PROPERLY. AFTER THEY PUT IN THE EXHAUST FAN WHEN I TURNED IT ON IT BLEW A CIRCUIT. THEY SENT ANOTHER PERSON OUT WHEN I CALLED AND HE FOUND OUT THAT IT WAS A SHORT AND HE FIXED THAT. HE ALSO FOUND OUT THAT THE INSULATION WASN'T SECURED PROPERLY SO HE RE DID THAT. THEY MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED AND I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I was very satisfied with this company! When they repaired the chimney caps they used stainless steel mesh so the raccoons wouldn't bother it.

They did not lay the shingles in a straight line, and did not use chalking line for proper installation. They improperly installed the shingles according to the manufacturing specifics.

The insulation people arrived promptly and were courteous and friendly. One of the workers accidentally tore a window screen while removing it, but took it with him for repair. The work was done in about two hours. The workers cleaned the area before they left, except for their fingerprints on the attic hatch. The insulation has made a significant difference in the temperature of our second floor just as the estimator said it would. The only problem was that the screen repair was not done well. We are now in the process of having them re-do the screen repair.

The salesperson was very helpful and the team that did the actual work did an excellent job. Minimal painting will be needed now that the replacement windows are in and the team did a great job of cleaning up after the work was completed.

Company was prompt in coming out to give an estimate. Then once the association board decided to proceed with the job, company was prompt in scheduling to have the work done. Then completed the clean-up, as promised.

Pete Stark came out met with me on my gutter project, inspected my roof and gutters and gave me a quote in the mail within one week. Their quote was on the higher side of the three that I got but their contract write up gave me the most detail on the work that they would do. Also, the most security in knowing what I was going to get and their installation included a 3 yr. workmanship warranty which no one else put in their contract. They showed up about 5 days later than I was expecting to actually do the work due to problems on a previous job, but once here they worked very well in getting my job done in expert fashion and totally cleaned up before they left. Since then, we have had two significant rains and so far I am happy with the results and installation. They also had a crew come out about 5 days after the installation to do a quality check of the entire job and they made a few minor corrections at my suggestion. Nothing serious just changing the splash block around slightly.

They were spectacular. Not only is the roof great they were hear when they said they would be. It was a dream job. They were very neat and informative. A little pricey but worth every penny.

We had a leak for years that we could not find. They found the leak and repaired it. They also installed gutter toppers to keep the leaves out. I appreciated that he took pictures of what was going on. He brought his lap top in the kitchen to show me so I didn't have to get on the roof to see what they were doing.

The past two-three years I have been hesitant in considering contracting to have this work accomplished, as this has been the first time I have had a home of my own sided with vinyl siding along with having replacement gutters & downspouts installed. Having DeWayne Sizemore, siding supervisor & his two siding men, Chris Whalen & James Casitgan, along with his men replacing the gutters & downspouts, Anthony Soard, Gary, & AJ, I have been most pleased & appreciative of the final outcome of the work. I have sincerely thanked DeWayne & his men for the project completion. I thank Ray St Clair also for the quality & expertise of their people & the work completed. The project was started October 13th 2006 & completed November 6th 2006.

The prices were a bit higher, but I knew I would get quality work. I like their attitude towards the customers; they explained thoroughly what had to be done and when it would be done. When the job was done, they came back and inspected it. Job well done!

They were able to take care of everything and even gave me a discount. They used a computer to show me what was going on up there on the roof. They did a phenomenal job. I would hire them again and would also recommend them to others. I was given the option to repair or replace and I decided to go ahead and have it replaced.

They were very slow getting back to me (over two weeks) and required a second call. However, from that point forward, everything was great. And, most importantly, the leak was fixed.
