overall, went great. They called by the day before they started, during and at the end.

They did exactly what they said they would do. They got the whole job done in one day. It wasn't cheap but they did a good job. I highly recommend them. I give them all A's across the board.

They were on time and did an excellent job including the cleanup around the yard. Even when they came in the house, they were very conscientious about not tracking any dirt from outside. They were very prompt coming back and taking a look at a couple of questions we had. They also provided some really good financing too. It was all great.

They came out twice to measure, and still measured wrong. The bottom of the shutters should have been above the sill; instead the bottom of the shutters comes to the bottom of the sills, making the install look weird. Not only that, but on at least two sets, they weren't even secured. I'm glad we only spent $600 on their work, because we won't be using them again. I thought we called a reputable company--We were extremely disappointed.

The company provided an estimate for roofing and chimney work. They were polite and thoroughly explained the work that needed to be done. In the end, I went with a company that offered me the option of sealing the chimney versus rebuilding it. Otherwise I was impressed with Ray St. Clair and would consider them for future roofing work.

Great experience but just a little high on price for what I needed done.

Call the company for a quote. Estimator arrived within a few days and went over our options for our roof. There was a warranty issue with the manufacturer of the shingles and the Ray St Clair Roofing representative helped us to get a refund. We received quotes from two other companies and Ray St Clair Roofing had the second best price, but research on them and their reputation lead us to choose Ray St Clair Roofing. The installation team arrive each day early in the day and worked all day. The job was done quickly and we are very happy with the quality of the products used, the craftsmanship of the flashing and shingle installation.

We could find them easily and we were happy with what they did. They were fine. They were on time, cleaned up, and finished quickly.

We had a piece of siding get damaged by wind. A representative from Ray St. Clair came for an estimate. He called to let me know that a previous appointment was cancelled and he could meet me 2 hours earlier than scheduled which was nice. He did a very good job of explaining multiple repair solutions (replace all the siding on that side, replace the one piece, or caulk over the break) and pointed out other issues that should be fixed while they were there. He also explained that it was important to have Duke Energy come out and cover the power lines going into the house for workers' safety. We went with another company because they proposed to do a lot more work for a good price. When we are ready to have our siding replaced I would call Ray St. Clair for another estimate.

They are great. I have a son and he was very kind to him. He told him all about the roof and everything.

This one of the easiest companies I have ever dealt with and most rewarding. The first two times I called this company it took a week before I got an esti mate which were reasonable but a long time to wait with rain leaks. If I didn't need a quote they could the work in a day or two at time and materials. Ever since I just call them to come out and I'm always treated fairly even without an estimate.

Came out as another roofer was replacing all the neighbors roofs. They checked mine and only found a couple of minor repairs Honest opinion

Both estimator who initially came out and workmen who did installation were very professional, polite and focused in the job. One of the phone receptionists not as fabulous but this quickly remedied by speaking to someone else. Skylights are fantastic and wish we had done this years ago! What an improvement! Also, we have had several windy thunderstorms and have no issues with this product, install or company. Both roofers and estimator also freely answered my roofing questions - some unrelated to this project - without any pressured sales pitch, taking the time be thoughtful about their answers and offering lots of helpful information. Also, they beat the estimate of another A-rated company with over one hundred reviews on Angie's by $900 for the same exact product! Yay! Work done in Terrace Park, OH

They were very prompt and did a nice job. They were priced very reasonably.

They were very professional, friendly, prompt. A couple of times they were supposed to come out and they didn't call us. I think it was a miscommunication. After I told them about it, they listened to any complaints I had and responded to it. They're expensive.

It was like an army took over my yard. The most impressive and capable team of professionals I have ever encountered. A finisher come out and took care of a couple of details, but no callbacks as such. I was, and remain confident that I don't need to worry about the roof (despite the horrid winds we encounter) or leaks. I was given a lifetime warranty and I am confident that if I EVER have a problem they will be there.

We chose not to use this company due to their estimated cost being much higher than another local company.

We thought that we were hiring Ray St. Clair company, but subcontractors did the work. When we would attempt contact the "quality control" supervisor, he would call us back days later, if at all. Because of this lack of communication, they did not actually completely finish until December, and they started the job in July. We were disappointed in this company, because we expected much more from such a high profile company. We were excited about getting the work done, as the salesman was very professional.

I would have given this company an overall "A" and would have used them to do the work but the price was almost double that of some of the other estimates. The "A" 's given in this review are only reflective of the man who came out to do the estimate. We decided to go with a different company for the work. However, I felt the need to submit a review because the man who came out to give the estimate, David, was punctual, friendly, and professional. He was able to detect the issue quickly and had the estimate sent in 48 hours from the time he was here. We were impressed with the company but not with the price. In this economy it really does come down to price when there's so much competition around to do the same job with the same products. Our decision does not reflect David but rather the companies price. We even tried to give them an opportunity to win the business by asking if they offer discounts for cash pay customers (since we all know that cash pay means the company does not get hit by the credit card companies % fee). We were told that they only give discounts for this on customers spending more than $10,000. This seems a little crazy to me since the other companies said yes to this questions. If you are looking to do a complete roof replacement you might want to call them, if not shop around. We did and were amused by the price scale for the same work. Guess the company really doesn't want small jobs which is ok because there are many who do.

The experience went well overall. They called to remind me of the appointment, and provided an estimate beforehand. The technicians were professional, did the work, and they stuck to their original estimates, even though I felt it should've been lower because they didn't do the work that was quoted in the estimate, they ended up doing less work. I haven’t had any more leaks!

Overall, the work went smoothly. Telephone contact went well. I felt that the overall cost was on the high side, but the quality of work seems quite solid. Peace of mind that this will last a good 50 years is worth the price!

Ultimately I did not utilize them for this project. Instead I went with Resash Siding and had a great experience.
