Ray St Clair Roofing

Estimate was very imformative and got an excellent idea from description and pictures what the problem was. Roofers came and fixed the problem and were effecient. The only negative I can respond to is they may want to ease up on their billing. I was told, since I was not going to be present at the end of the job, that they would send me a bill which they did a few days after completition. I paid the bill within 1 week of recieving it but then got another bill marked "past due" less than 10 days after the first- and my check had been cashed. Just saying, relax on the billing.

Excellent work and very contentious. They went over everything with us and let us know what all we needed. They checked our chimney and redid the flashing and the front of the porch. Very thorough.

I was pleased. They respond very quickly and I am going to use them again.

They did work on it a couple of times. They were fine but they did not really fix the problem. I had to have someone else fix the problem. They did not troubleshoot the problems correctly. The storm drains were leaking in. They were not too expensive.

They were very professional and knowledgeable, however their prices were higher than others I spoke with.

This was a painful experience. There seemed to be alot of confusion within the crew. They continuoulsy billed me even though they did not finish the job and seemed to have repetitive problems.

This company was awesome. Cheapest of the three quotes I received. The installer called me on the day of the job twice to tell me that he was running late because of rain on another job. He was only 45 minutes late. When the installer arrived to do the job he was not satisifed with the new shingles that he brought because it did not match my weathered shingles color perfectly. He called the office and had different shingles brought out that looked great. When they left the job site was cleaned up perfectly. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I will use and reccomend this company as often as I can.

Overall it was wonderful. The crew worked all day in extreme heat. They cleaned their mess up andif they were not sure on something would ask me about it. Ray St. Clair sent someone out to makesure the job was done correct and I was happy with everything. Great customer service and a great company.

We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the professionalism of everyone involved. Project was completed on time and we had no issues arise. Six years later, there are still no issues.

The estimate they submitted was complete and very professional. They followed up - took pictures of the work. They were respectful and cleaned up.

From estimate to finish this company was professional, on time, and responsive. We had one problem with a gutter and they fixed the problem immediately. We would definitely recommend them and would have future work performed by them.

We had a tree fall on our house which ripped off the gutter on our upper dormer. I planned only to have this repaired, but was also getting tired of cleaning out the gutters and having a plumber come over periodically to clear the main line into which they feed. We received bids from 3 different companies which were rated highly on Angie's List and went with Ray St. Clair based on the price (which was not the lowest but competitive with the others) and the recommendation of neighbors. Communication with the company was excellent and they did exactly what they said they would do. We had one minor problem with a roofing nail falling into the fan blade of the A/C, which caused no damage and RSC reimbursed me for the service call without any hesitation. Great service...still waiting on a serious rain to put the new gutters to the test, but so far they look and perform as billed.

They were very professional when they came out to look at the job. I didn’t go with them because their price was higher than the folks I went with. Based on their price, I would not use them in the future.

I would highly recommend them. They were professional and did what they were supposed to do. We have no leak problems or anything since.

They were a great service to use. This was the second time I have used them. They are efficient and get things done. They are an excellent compnay to work with from sales (David) to completion of the project. I plan on using them again this fall to replace some windows! You get what you pay for!

They were here everyday and got the job done right! I actually had them also put a new cap over my fireplace since it's not being used. It came off during a windstorm and they came out promptly the next day to fix it. Their customer service people were also very great to deal with and their sales reps were very informative.

It went very well. The job supervisor was very responsive to our calls and questions.One of the things we liked was being able to have all the work completed by one vendor.

Two repair people were on time and very polite. They required 2 trips to complete the work. They cleaned up after each visit and left the area clean when they were done. A quality inspector came later to review their work.

Gentlemen showed up with brochure and took pictures. Sent quote right away. Too expensive and pics did not show us much as far as what was really needed for repair.

They have done things for us in the past. There are different angles of the house so there were 6 roofs. It really isn't that big of a home. Some of them weren't damaged by the trees but they were loose shingles. They are not cheap, but I do think they are good and I'm always willing to pay for quality. I thought they were very good. At one point they used my garbage can for debris. At one more they had a dumpster and they accidentally threw the garbage can in the dumpster and forgot to take it off. I let them know and they wrote me a check or took it off the bill, no problem. There was one spot where the rain came in and they took off for that too, they had to redo a section in side - it was just a corner. I can say they were quite good. I definitley felt they were worth it.

Everything was very professionally and efficiently done. Everything was performed as promised.

Responded quickly with a quote to assess/add insulation to our attic. Bid was the lowest received. They arrived on the date promised, did the work in the time promised. Excellent service and quality of work.
