ARRIVED ON TIME EACH DAY WORKED FAST GOOD CREW PLENTY OF HELP BUT NOT SO MUCH AS TO GET IN EACH OTHERS WAY CLEANED UP AS THEY WENT ALONG AND EACG DAY BEFORE DEPARTING RAN A MAGNET OVER THE DRIVE AND LAWN BEFORE DEPARTING FOREMAN WAS VERY ACCESSABLE AND QUICK TO ADJUST THINGS I WANTED WOULD I HIRE AGAIN THE ANSWER IS YES RESULTS OUTSTANDING ALSO LETS NOT FORGET THE PEOPLE IN THE BACKGROUND COORDINATER QUALITY CONTROL GIRLS IN OFFICE AND ALL OF THOSE WHO PUT THIS TOGETHER

Phil from Ray St Clair was very professional and checked their work in the pouring rain.He diverted a down spout that was forcing water under the shingles near where flashing was installed. I was please with his handling of the situation. It is always nice to see a job checked and adjusted without being charged.

Everything went well. They sent us a list of things that had to be done with pictures so we could see the problems since we could not go on the roof and see for ourselves . We had used Ray St. Clair Roofing in the past at this house and at a previous house and have always been satisfied with them.

Rep came out for an estimate. Worked with me on product selection. Took about 6 weeks for product to come in and job to start. The job took 3 guys about 1 week to complete. They were very polite and always cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job but done very well. They answered all of our questions during the course of the project. An inspector came after job completion and did a walk through so if anything was done incorrectly it would have been noted and corrected. We had a clean inspection. We have not had any problems to date.

I did not contract for them to do the work. The company who did the work, corrected the damages

They have been in roofing business for a long time and they have a good reputation and because of that, we've decided to go with them. They were professional and their quote was in the middle.

Everything was fine. I would recommend them.

Owner called after they already arrived at house without my knowledge and had already started taking off roof. (We had not set a date) - So that was a disappointment that I was not communicated with prior to the day they were coming. They tried to do whatever they "normally" do even though we had discussed in detail what I would liked to have had done and had to remind them of the things we agreed on. (for example - we agreed on 6 nails per shingle, but normally is 5 - that sort of thing) I could not always communicate with the workers specifically. Their team leader could communicate pretty good and was very friendly and worked with me when we had some descrepancies with what I was told and what they "normally" do. I would give the team lead an "A". The roof has some waves in the shingles that the owner said would go down after the sun hit it for a while. It's been three weeks and still see some waves in shingles, however is getting better. I hope they disappear completely soon. I will update if it does. Price was fair, but have to keep watch to make sure things are done as agreed upon at contract, instead of how they "always" do things. PAY ATTENTION TO THE SHINGLES THEY TRY AND SELL YOU AND WHAT THEY BRING. They gave us a pamplet and when it came time to pick the color and style of shingle they said that was not part of the quoted price. Their price scheme is funny and not easily understood, for the good (which we never saw any pamphlet for), better, and best. They gave us a pamphlet with the better and best, but on the contract their "up sell" is for the "better", not the "best" as we were led to believe in the beginning since we had only seen the two choices. The gutter topper was not put back on the same as the manufacturers installed it - they used nails instead of screws. I hope this doesn't void our warranty with the gutter topper. Overall, not bad, but not A either.

The experience was very good. They were quick and efficient. They were here when they said they would be here. They said it would half a day and it was half a day. Everything was within the price range they quoted me and it was a fair & reasonable price. I would tell others about them.

Ray St Clair Roofing Inc gave me an extremely high estimate and at that time I thought it was too high so I didn't use them. I didn't dislike anything about them, they were professional but the price was just too much. They were prompt and they followed up with calls afterwards about wanting to know why I didn't want to have the job done. I would use them in the future if I can afford them.

They took the 1890s box gutter off the house. There were large beams sticking out of the house and it have to come off before you can put a modern gutter system on. They got up there and took a saw and cut them that they were flat to the building. Most companies doing new gutters didn't want anything to do with us because they didn't want to fool with it. They were willing to take that on. Ray St Clair Roofing Inc put a new gutter system on the building and it was a gutter system that they fabricated to the 1890 box gutter.They do excellent work. They also identified other work that needed to be done so they had to re-brick a balcony. They repaired the balcony and then they adhered the new gutter to that. We definitely will be using them in the future, we have more gutters.

Ray St. Clair replaced the roof and installed the skylights in 2009. Decided that I wanted the shades without the need to run power to each skylight. The solar shades are just what I wanted.

They were efficient and professional. Installers showed up on schedule and had all of the proper installation equipment. Job was expertly completed and the job site was cleaned up following installation. I would highly recommend them.

Ray St Clair, wrapped all of our windows and doors on house and garage a few years ago, for approximate the same amount they wanted for this repair. They also repaired our rubber roof instead of replacing the whole roof when a raccoon tried to get in. We were very happy with that work and the prices we paid back then. But not this go around.

Salesperson was nice, and seemed to know what he was talking about it. I was disappointed that the salesperson did not actually look in the attic, he just guessed at size/needs. It was after dark, and our attic is a little difficult to get in to, so I can sympathize - but the other company I got an estimate from did look in the attic. I ended up going with another provider, but I would call Ray St. Clair again in the future if I needed something done.

My house is less than 5 years old. I thought the price was a little high, but I don't really have any way to judge. They did an excellent job and were fast and professional. They also cleaned up really well.

Once a mutually satisfactory date was found, the company arrived on time and did the work contracted for. Additional work was added at my request without any hassle ( but, of course, for an additional cost) . The workmen were polite and prompt. The work was well done. There have been no leaks since.

They were considerably higher than who we selected. We were satisfied with everything, it was just that the numbers did not work. We will take a quote from them again in the future.

I called them twice; they came and talked to me. The representative (Dan Sheehan Jr.) was very pleasant, knowledge and friendly. He said he would email me quote, but I never got it. I called and left a voice mail, still no luck. Finally, I had another company come to give me a quote. Then called him back, he said he would get back to me. He said he would also send out for a quote for installation in my attic. They did not respond again, so I went with a different company.

I contacted Ray St Clair to give me an estimate to repair my rubber roof I had installed over 20 years ago. They were the only company that did not automatically tell me the roof needed to be replaced. They agreed that it could be repaired and offered different options to address the issue. They came out at my convenience to review the project. I was so impressed with their professionalism, that i also asked them to quote on replacing part of my siding that had seeing better days. I felt the quote was fair and felt comfortable with what they proposed. All the work was performed well, and they quickly addressed an issue while nailing the siding, with nails coming through the window molding on the inside around the perimeter. They could not have known this was happening as they had no access to the inside of the house to see. Once we brought this up to their attention they corrected the problem. Overall I was pleased with the quality and price for this work. It would have been perfect if I had not found a cigarette butt in the grass...but I'm picky. Still I will use them again and have told my neighbors about they work.

They performed an inspection of a leak of a roof they replaced 3-4 years ago. Apparently this was not noticed at time of replacement, but it doesn't appear to be currently leaking. It appears the old roof replacement solved the issue. We will continue to monitor and contact them if we see any evidence of future deterioration.

They were wonderful and very reliable. They completed the whole roof in time and in less than 2 days. They are currently working on building permits etc and will start the gutter repair very soon.

The estimate was one amount for roof and one for gutters. They are way over price. There was no follow up at all. They just said they would email me and never heard from them since. Mr. St. Clair - I DID NOT receive an estimate on site. It was 4 days later when the estimate was emailed to me. It may as well have been written in a foreign language as unfamiliar as I was with the 'industry language'. It would have been extremely helpful had the estimator explained some of the terms and answered the many questions this estimate left me with. As it was, I never heard from him again.
