I highly recommend PressureMax. The owner of the company, Jeff Pitman, came to the house the same day I called. Jeff was prompt, knowledgable, explained the process in detail, and provided a reasonable estimate. He completed the job the next day. The Northwest side of my house had a lot of algae. When I arrived home from work it was like coming home to a new house. Jeff is very professional, personable, and easy to work with. We also hired him to pressure wash my mother's house. It was a total transformation on both homes! He provided great communication throughout the day, providing before and after photos. Would definitely hire again!

If anyone is looking for pressure washing services, I recommend Jeff Pitman with Pressure Max. 513-617-1259. Deck, siding, concrete, windows and more. He’s professional, quick to respond and does a great job. I have a deck that I used Behr Deck-over on and he was able to remove it and restore the wood on my old deck giving it a fresh new look. You won’t be disappointed. He also removed the green algae on my siding.

Jeff responded at the date and time we agreed to, and surveyed all of the work to be done. He gave me a very fair price and a complete description of how it would be accomplished. He had an opening the next day, and came to the house while we were at work and completed the job as promised. He met me after work for payment and showed me all aspects of the work that was completed. He did an extremely professional job and everything was done as expected. I would recommend Jeff without reservation. He does excellent work, is reliable, and is very conscientious about his work. I would use his services again.

Jeff responded quickly to my initial phone call and agreed to come and give us an estimate. He showed up early and my husband hired him on the spot. Our siding was pretty much covered in algae on the north side of the house and by the time Jeff was finished the siding looked like new. Great job!

The owner, Jeff, was very responsive. He returned my call right away, and scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate the next day. He was able to schedule the work for the following day, and kept in touch throughout the entire process to let me know when he'd be arriving, what materials I needed to purchase, and with weather check updates leading up to the day he applied the sealant. He power washed some extras along the way - e.g. the landscape bricks next to the sidewalk and patio and the lower gutter on the front of the house - and needed less sealant than initially anticipated (saving me $100 on the sealant). Overall, a job very well done and a satisfied customer.

immediate response. Work was completed within the week of the request/bid. When Jeff arrived we arranged for additional work to be completed. He accomplished it all within two days. Concrete patio, large driveway, sidewalks and stone stairway. Looks like new.

Well he was very professional and timely and calling me back when I need a phone call app for him to come out and give me a quote and he was definitely on time for my "he didn't take up too much of my time he was very aware of my time and his .
We set a date for him to do it he arrived at the time he said he would with his crew .
I walked around the house with them opened everything up so he can get started hooking up the hoses and getting his equipment out and I was able to go to work and came back and everything was very easy very quick very efficient and I'm just extremely happy with the work he dead and very confident Heavan gave a follow up call to mean .
