Plum Perfect Plumbing

They were great. He did a great job. We thought it was a fair price considering we could keep all of our old stuff without having to buy all new. He just fixed it all inside. He was efficient. He didn't make a mess. Everything that he did he cleaned up after himself real well. When we called him he came out, so he was on time.

While doing laundry in the morning, I discovered backed up sewage drains and flooding in the basement. I called Kevin Schneider, who had previously done some work for me.  He was at my house within a few hours. He worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning out the drain to the street removing sewage buildup and roots. As previously experienced, Kevin did a great job and I will call him again should I have any problems and I will highly recommend him to other friends and associates.

Kevin was very informative about what my options were and what was sensible. He was willing to do a little more work than originally planned to make sure that I was satisfied with the end result. I was very happy with the work and asked him about doing some additional work for me!

Kevin was fantastic. He came out quickly when I called him to discuss issues, diagnose problems occurring in our house, tested pipes, pressure, and went over all of my concerns with our plumbing. He took his time diagnosing problems and discussing them with me while answering all of my questions. He did not rush the jobs and took his time to let me know how everything would work. He also let my boys hang out with him and watch as he completed different tasks as well as answering all of their small questions about tools and what he was doing. This was a complete 180 from the last plumber. Kevin was coming in to fix problems the last plumber could not fix or messed up (new shower valve incorrectly installed which caused massive leaking in our remodeled shower). We have already set up with him to come back and replace the pressure release at the water heater as well as replace/upgrade our water heater as they are both on the outs. He was referred to us by good friends and I am very thankful to say we now have a great plumber.

Plumber arrived ontime and listened to issues.  Discussed removing sink stoppers to assist in water flow and agreed on this procedure.  Plumber took time to explain details of unclogging sinks and proceeded with clearing both drains.  Also took the time to explain why drains were clogged and ways to avoid this in the future. (Current soaps on the market tend to be "gummy" and stick to pipes which hair, etc. then adheres to - recommended running a bit of water following usage to clear off soap scum.)  Work was completed in a timely manner with appropriate charges.  Sinks are draining beautifully!

He was extremely professional, and approachable. He was punctual as well. He used the best pipe for the job. My overall experience with him was good.

They are very professional. Punctuality is good but they're a bit pricey.
