Pinnacle Exterminating

What a great company. They treated our house when we bought it and have come out every year to evaluate and retreat as necessary. We live surrounded by trees and it's great to know that when those little guys finds a way in we can treat them under our warranty.

It went extremely well!  Terry informed me of the type of ant (pharo ant), what to expect what to look for.  As of the next day, we have dead ants.  I've used Pinnacle for ~10 years since buying the house on an as needed basis.  They have always been professional, effective, punctual and reasonably priced.

The treatment was scheduled for 8:00 AM on 6/27/13.  Kevin called at 8:03 AM to let me know that Roger, the technician, was caught in traffic from an accident on 75.  I was watching the news and the interstate was at a standstill from the accident.  Roger arrived about an hour later and was very apologetic even though it wasn't his fault.  He went over everything that he would be doing during the treatment and about how long it should take. The treatment involved removing the existing tunnels and thoroughly checking for more. He drilled holes 12 inches apart around the perimeter inside the garage and outside where there was concrete.  He trenched around the outside ground areas.  He injected and applied the pesticide to all the inside and outside areas.  He sprayed all the inside areas where active infestation was found.  He filled all the drill holes and cleaned the drill dust from all areas.  Roger was also very careful in the planted areas against the garage and none of my flowers or plants were damaged. The treatment was completed in the time frame I was given.  Kevin stopped by during the treatment to see how things were going.  Both Kevin and Roger were very professional and I would definitely use Pinnacle again if needed.

I thought that they were here a very short time but the treatment did seem to work. I can't complain.

In a pinch to sell home and get termite work done prior to buyer getting loan approved.  Call was immediately returned and price was given over phone based on my description of work needed to be done (house inspector's report).  Was able to work around the weather and got all done without me even being at home.  Payment was simple as I just paid by credit card over the phone and scanned receipt was emailed to me.

It was excellent. They are neat, clean, and dependable. It was for a home I sold and they did a nice job. The price was reasonable.

They showed me the damage from the termites. They spent 4 hours treating the house, on the exterior and on the inside to contain the specific area. They gave a guarantee on their work, which you can renew, one year at a time.  The owner came out the first time, and came with the technician the second time.  They were very polite and clean.  They were extremely prompt both times.

Story told above!  They were very responsive, courteous, and professional.  Most importantly, they identified and solved our problem at a reasonable price!  We will use them again!

They were on time, worked in tight quarters, offered an explanation and paperwork and finished on time.   No problems and I was able to sell the house. 

Our home inspector gave us the names of a few exterminating companies. Pinnacle was able to send someone out the same day that I called, which coordinated well with our home inspection. Kevin arrived on-time and promptly got to work. After his inspection he made me aware of a couple of areas of concern and gave me a written report.
