Pillion Tree & Landscaping

I saw him working done the street and asked if you could do the stump. He came right after he cleaned up at the other location and ground out the stump. He came came later that night and finished clean-up. I was very satisfied with the work and plan to use him again on another job.

All went well. They arrived and got to work immediately. The trees in the back were done first and done well. Then they tackled the front yard tree. The tree and all it's limbs were carefully removed as to not fall on anything. They even replanted a small tree in place of the one removed.

Bid the job. Did the job the next day. Completed the job and CLEANED UP! Very nice and courteous. Overall great experience. Before Shawn left I had him bid our yard mowing just in case we ever need it done. He bid fairly and on the spot.

When the time finally came to take down the tree He changed completely. I took a Friday off from work. I get a call early that morning he's and ldquo;having equipment problems and won't be able to be there, but and ldquo;we can reschedule for Saturday.and rdquo; Saturday 9am comes and goes no call no show I call at 10 leave a message. He calls me at 11 says he's running late trying to get everything together for my job. I asked when I could expect him he tells me He might be there by 11:30. Now we were scheduled for 9am he's coming at 11:30am? I asked him if he couldn't have given me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know what had been going on, I had been waiting all morning and he starts telling me how busy he is getting ready for my job and didn't think to pick up a phone. I asked him what type of a businessman he was? He politely tells meand rdquo; I think maybe you should get someone else to do your treeand rdquo; and hangs up on me! This man is new to the area and trying to build a customer base and treats customers like this? He seems to think he can work on his own schedule and your time means nothing. No he did not cut down the tree He told me to find someone else so thats exactly what I did!
