It went Great ! We had a flood stated by a hose coming off some device under the sink in our kitchen. We were out running errands for only an hour. Coming home we were met with 2 1/2 inches of water in the kitchen. We called our handyman who came over with his shop vac. I called our insurance and our adjuster recommended Paul Davis restoration. Our plumber came the next morning and fixed the problem and Paul Davis that afternoon. Paul Davis of Cincinnati told us that they would do everything. They estimated the time they would need for everything to dry from 3 days to 3 weeks. Water had seeped through to the 2 rooms below and required the wall to be cut out. Paul Davis could not have been better. They came to our house everyday to check how the drying was coming along.

Woodwork stain was a real mess. They spilt stain all over the walls. The rooms were painted 3 times because they kept splattering things on them. Delays delays because they never showed up. They had to re do a lot of things because it was not done correctly the first time, them made us feel bad about it. We had to re hand towel racks, they did it 3 times all not straight, got tired of the fight. Plumbing was a disaster. Sloppy did not ever clean up. Very disrespectful to us and our property.

It was not a good experience with them.  They didn’t always show up when they said they were going to.  They didn’t really make as much progress as they said they would when they did show up.  The workmanship was questionable.  When it came to the time of resolving the billing, we had different views as to how that went.  They did agree I think in the interest of customer service to lower the bill.  It seemed like they presented me with a bill which was higher than their estimate when it came at the time of paying the amount.  So I disputed that and said that how it can be higher first and then lower.  They tried to explain the difference and then they decided to keep at the original estimate and so I thanked them for that.  I paid them the original estimate amount.  The final resolution was acceptable.  It was just a tough time getting there.  We will not use their services again in the future.
