My water heater was leaking. Apollo indicated a new overpressure tank was needed. This did not cure the problem, and they indicated a new water heater was needed, as with so many parts, trying to repair the problem often cost more than a new water heater. I was told if I selected a tankless heater, they would buy my old water heater, but the offer would not remain on the table for long. This is reminiscent of used car sales techniques. A search of the internet suggested high water pressure in the house and failing overpressue valves on the tank are the first culprits to look at. This is exactly the solution another company suggested. Why Apollo did not, I have no idea.

Customer service was friendly, but botched the appointment. Had confirmed a check up with Britney but she never scheduled it so I showed up to the appointment address for nothing. Waste of a work morning.
