She's very good and the gym is very nice. However, the gym doesn't take insurance -- you have to pay a monthly fee and Jessica charges a separate fee as well. I like that she's done the IronMan. She's real involved - she's raised a lot of money for "Girls on the Run." She also teaches Health/Gym at a Catholic high school. She's good at instilling confidence with beginners. She does not use the word "fat" nor the word "can't".

Very successful results. Having various providers at first concerned me, but I quickly realized they were basically on the same page, but perhaps had different slants on PT. Very satisfied with whole procedure.

It's positive. What you need is there. They are willing to go out of their way to help. It's adequate, efficient. It went well. They were well trained.

They have excellent facilities. They have a lack of integrity from some members of their staff. They do offer classes. Their tennis classes were ran by very knowledgeable and very people-friendly individuals. I haven't taken any other classes with them so I can only say for from the tennis perspective. Their equipment is always up-to-date and has a great working order.

I have had very positive experiences at Mercy Health Plex Fairland most of the times. Sometimes their communication behind the scenes seem to not work a hundred per cent of the time. But once I get in to a class or use their services, they are outstanding.

Mercy Health Plex Fairfield done a great job. The facility is very clean, complete services and always available.

People complain about hospitals a lot but we certainly can't complain about Mercy Hospital. They just are fantastic. We have been treated really, really well, every time I have been there. I went in with an emergency, with heart problems, the doctors put two stems in my chest, and I have had no complaints since then. I am seventy-one and I am still here alive and kicking. We have been very lucky. I went in recently for some lab work that they did. The staff is excellent. They are very positive people and they know how to do all the right things. Normally one ends up sitting and waiting in hospitals. However, when I went in for my heart work, I didn't have to wait. When I went in to the hospital that night, it was late, and we had already gone to bed. I got up and I just really felt bad, we got in the car and drove over there. I did not have to wait in the waiting room for five seconds. They took me right in. They were very, very prompt. I have no complaints. We had a very good experience there.

They are at the Mercy Hospital facility. I love to swim. They had a pool, the Jacuzzi, the hot tub and everything. They have it all. They have basketball courts, handball courts, running tracks, and various areas for exercise equipment. What I like the most about them was the convenience and the distance from our house. I could walk there if we needed to. It was extremely convenient. The staff was helpful. They have a person who monitors the exercises if one wants. There always had people there to assist one with the exercise routine.

The facility is clean. We have worked with a personal trainer who seems very knowledgable and willing to help me out as a struggle through.

It's a membership fitness center. They provide just about every kind of service and have all kinds of machines. They have got tennis, basketball, pilates and so forth. They charge monthly. They also have a nursery where I can leave my grandchild. They have a men's dressing room, women's dressing room, and a dressing room for families.

test results indicated that I had a serious problem with blood flow to a portion of my heart. It was suggested that I undergo an invasive proceedure to confirm and/or fix the problem. Fortunately I took the test result to two cardiologists. The second one challanged the test results as being inaccurate. I oppted for a less invasive but equally dangerous Coronary CTC scan. The scan results determined that the Mercy Fairfield stress test results were wrong. The conclusiont: Four weeks of worry and fear for my family and I and $8000 of unneccessary medical expenses all to find out I'm healthy. Sadly there is no accountabilty for inaccurate test results. Me and my insurance company are still expected to pay for a service that was bad, incorrect and caused further physical and monitary damage. Additionally,the techncian will go on to perform tests not knowing his performance or the equipment is faulty. The hospital can continue to call themselves a "heart" hospital with no accountablity to accuracy.
