MBA Custom Remodeling

It went pretty well.

It took only 1 day to do the demolition work in the bathroom.  They had a bit of trouble installing a pocket door due when they discovered the laundry chute extended closer to the wall than expected.  Mike is quite the perfectionist so he did a fantastic job with all the tile-work making sure that everything matched up. 

Mike and his son, Andy, did a great job.  Mike only does bathrooms and a few kitchens a year.  He is very responsive, answering his cell phone right away and returns calls promptly.  Didn't begin work until all ordered items where in so as to not take the bathroom (which was used daily) out of commission.  Was very good at making suggestions that saved time, money, and looked great.  They did a good job of cleaning up at the end of each day.  The work took 2 weeks, start to finish.

The only negatives I had were that there was a lot of construction dust in the family room next to the bath; it would have been good if they had put up plastic sheeting to wall off the area and/or covered the furniture with cloths.  The only other thing was that some cigarette butts were left in my yard/on my driveway; since we not smokers, I didn't appreciate having to pick them up.

I would recommend MBA Custom Remodeling to anyone and would definitely use them again.

What we really liked about their work was that they were very good at figuring out what exactly we wanted and at the same time they offered good ideas as they have done a lot of bathrooms. They answered all my questions and offered really good suggestions as well and many of the other contractors that we had just came and never offered any suggestions or feedback. All the way during the work process, they gave us suggestions and came up with good solutions. Their pricing was a lot higher than everybody else but I feel like I got what I paid for. I didn?t wanted to spend that much but it was definitely worth it.
